- Volunteers: at least 1 adult for every 4~5 youth
- Sponsors: to bring the meal, usually a church group
- Leadership: to lead the devotion
- Congregation: prayer support, financial support

- First, we join in a devotion/discussion.
- Second, we eat food.
- Third, we hang out.
